Terms of Service

Placeholder terms — review with counsel before launch.

1. What CrashCart provides

CrashCart sells access to download prebuilt AI-troubleshooting binaries. A binary carries a model/provider configuration; you supply your own provider API key at runtime. We do not provide the AI model or the API key.

2. Bring your own key

You are responsible for your provider API key, all usage billed by that provider, and for running the binary only on systems you are authorized to administer. Your key never leaves your machine and is never transmitted to CrashCart.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

One-time purchases entitle you to the specific build available at purchase time. Subscriptions entitle you to re-download the latest builds within your plan while the subscription is active. A downloaded binary keeps working independently of CrashCart (subject to any expiry stamped into the build).

4. Acceptable use

The binary can execute commands on the machine you run it on. You accept full responsibility for actions taken through it. Do not use CrashCart on systems without authorization.

5. Disclaimer

The service and binaries are provided “as is,” without warranty. CrashCart is not liable for damages arising from use of the binaries or the AI output they produce.
